Parent-teacher conferences are an important component of our building communication plan; providing an opportunity for parents, teachers, and students to share academic progress, celebrate success, discuss areas of growth, and set goals/make plans to address each student's unique needs.
This fall's parent-teacher conferences will be held from 3:30-7:30 PM on Thursday, October 12th and Tuesday, October 17th, and from 7:30-11:30 AM on Wednesday, October 18th. We will be hosting all of our conferences in person and teachers will be in their classrooms. Parents and students are asked to sign up for a 5-minute conference timeslot with each of their students’ teachers through our PCTFastsystem. Please review the attached directions on how to sign up and keep travel time between classrooms in mind when scheduling your conferences. Ask your student(s) for help if you’re unsure about the proximity of their various classrooms.
